Paul has owned several restaurant and entertainment establishments in the area. This new concept, Toscana brings the wonderful tastes and flavors of Florence Italy to Greenwich. This project has taken over two years of renovations, and has been a labor of love and passion. The design captures the essence of renaissance Florence in all its splendor and glory.
With the opening of Trattoria Toscana, Paul’s vision has become a reality. “Our concept resonates with the community, amazing food, fair pricing and excellent service”. Toscana Greenwich was conceived with one goal in mind: To create an extraordinary eatery, offering simply prepared Tuscan dishes, in a whimsical ambiance, reminiscent of renaissance Florence. The first year in the life of any restaurant is the most challenging. occasion we shined. And often times we fell short. But to be voted “Best Italian” in Greenwich while we’re still work-in-progress, is not only gratifying, but heart-warming. For those who frequented Toscana, we are grateful.
